Every paid subZwallet plan (Launch, Growth, Scale) starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to every feature in the plan you choose from the moment you activate.
How the trial works
Pick a paid plan from the subZwallet dashboard. Your trial starts immediately and runs for exactly 14 calendar days. During that window you can use every feature the plan includes: analytics, loyalty programs, flow builder, cashback, subscription management, and anything else tied to that tier.
What each plan trial includes
- **Launch trial** — Unlimited subscriptions, analytics dashboard, milestone rewards.
- **Growth trial** — Everything in Launch plus cashback, points, tiers, and the flow builder.
- **Scale trial** — Everything in Growth plus priority support and advanced reporting.
No credit card upfront
You start the trial without any payment information. subZwallet sends a reminder before the trial ends. Add a payment method at any point during the 14 days to continue on your chosen plan without interruption.
Canceling before day 15
Cancel anytime during the trial from your dashboard. Your store moves to the Free plan (up to 25 active subscriptions) and no charge is applied. Subscriber data and settings are preserved so you can upgrade again later.
After the trial ends
On day 15, if a payment method is on file, you are billed the monthly plan fee plus any usage-based transaction fees for your subscription volume. You can still downgrade to Free at any time after billing starts.
Switching plans mid-trial
You can upgrade or downgrade between Launch, Growth, and Scale during the trial. The 14-day clock keeps running from the original start date. Feature access updates instantly when you switch.
