You can move your subscriptions from Loop to SubZwallet for free on every plan, including Free. The migration reads your Loop data with a read-only API key, creates each subscription in SubZwallet paused, checks it, and switches billing on an agreed date so nobody is charged twice. Saved cards stay in Shopify, so customers never re-enter their card.
Two ways to migrate

- Do it yourself: connect Loop with a read-only API key, or import a CSV (ReCharge-style template, Shopify-native payments).
Before you start
- Create your selling plans in SubZwallet. The review screen lists the cadences you need.
- Set up the reward rules you want going forward. Reward progress carries over; reward rules are configured fresh.
- In Loop, generate an API token with read scopes only.
- Agree on a switch-over date with your team (or with us for a white-glove migration).
Step 1: Connect Loop (read-only)
Open Settings → Migration and paste the Loop API token. SubZwallet only reads from Loop. Nothing in Loop is changed, and Loop keeps billing as before until the switch-over.
Step 2: Review and checks
SubZwallet pulls your active and paused subscriptions into a review workspace and checks each one: the saved card is matched to the customer's Shopify payment method, products and selling plans are confirmed, discounts and next billing dates are checked. Anything that cannot move is shown with the reason, never skipped silently.
Step 3: Create paused, check, then switch on
- Test first with one or two subscriptions (your own is a good first test).
- Subscriptions are created in SubZwallet paused. Paused subscriptions cannot bill, so you can check them without any risk of double charges.
- On the agreed date, billing is switched over: the subscriptions are switched on in SubZwallet and stop billing in Loop, so each customer is billed once.
What carries over
- Active and paused subscriptions with their status
- Products, quantities and the prices customers pay
- Saved payment methods (they stay in Shopify)
- Shipping addresses and delivery prices
- Discounts with their remaining uses
- Earned gifts and one-time items still owed
- Reward and milestone progress (order 8 comes after order 7, not back to 1)
- Next billing dates
FAQ
Do customers notice anything? No. Their next order arrives as usual and they do not re-enter cards. Can I migrate only some subscriptions? Yes, anything excluded stays in Loop. What about bundle subscriptions? These are flagged for manual handling. How long does it take? Pulling a few thousand subscriptions takes minutes; you control the pace after that.
