A tiered loyalty program combines points with status levels: customers earn points, and the more they buy, the higher their tier and the faster they earn. In SubzWallet, points are on every plan (including Free) and VIP tiers with multipliers are on Growth and Scale. Both run on the same customer record as your subscriptions.
How Points Work in SubzWallet
- Earn rules you set, so orders and renewals earn the points you decide
- Redemption codes: customers turn points into a discount code
- Expiry: let points lapse after a set time, or never

VIP Tiers With Multipliers
VIP tiers give customers visible status. Each tier can carry a points multiplier, so your best customers earn faster. Tiers are on the Growth plan ($299/mo + 0.7%) and Scale.
Because tiers live in the same app as subscriptions, a long-term subscriber climbs through renewals they were going to place anyway. With automation flows (also Growth and up), you can use VIP status as a condition, for example to award bonus points or a gift to VIP customers when billing succeeds.
Milestone Rewards: The Subscriber Version of a Tier
For subscription brands, milestone rewards often work better than spend-based thresholds. You pick an order number, for example order #6, and the subscriber gets a reward or free gift on that order. Milestones start on the Launch plan, and the portal shows each subscriber how close they are.
Why Progress Has to Be Visible
A program nobody sees is a program nobody uses. SubzWallet shows rewards in the customer portal next to the upcoming order, on a rewards wallet page in Shopify customer accounts, and as a rewards preview in the product-page subscription widget. You can also use Shopify metafields (help.shopify.com/en/manual/metafields) if your theme shows extra customer data.
