SubzWallet automation flows are a visual, no-code builder for subscription and rewards automation on Shopify. A flow starts from a subscription event, checks the conditions you set, then runs actions such as awarding points or cashback, adding a free product, sending an email or switching the plan. Flows are on the Growth plan ($299/mo + 0.7%) and Scale.
Flows sit where your subscription and rewards data already live, so you do not need webhooks or a developer to connect them. If you also use Shopify Flow (help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-flow), the two work side by side.
How Flows Work
- 1Choose a trigger, for example subscription created, billing successful, first subscription order, a milestone order number, or subscription resumed.
- 2Add conditions, for example customer order count, lifetime value, customer tags, VIP status, or whether the subscription has a given SKU or variant. Combine them with AND or OR.
- 3Choose actions, for example award points or cashback, add a free product or free shipping, give a discount, send an email or reward notification, add or remove a customer tag, or swap a variant.
- 4Turn the flow on. It runs for every subscriber who matches.
Example: Starter Plan That Switches After the First Order
A common setup is a starter plan for the first order, then a regular plan after it. SubzWallet handles the automatic plan switch after the first order through Flows, so the subscriber moves onto the regular cadence and price without manual edits.
