subZwallet provides subscription management for Shopify stores, including:

Subscription contract creation and management
Automated billing and invoicing
Customer portal for subscription management
Loyalty rewards and points systems
Analytics and reporting

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Operate an active Shopify store
Have authority to bind your business to these Terms
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Pricing and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers with different feature sets. Current pricing is available on our website and within the Shopify App Store listing. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial.

5. Data Processing

You are the Data Controller, and we act as your Data Processor for customer data. Our processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.

We only process data as necessary to provide the Service and in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Resell or redistribute the Service
Send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related software, designs, and content are owned by subZwallet and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Liability and Warranties

8.1 Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
