How to pause or cancel a subscription
You can pause, resume, or cancel any subscription from Manage Subscriptions.
Open the subscription
Go to **Manage Subscriptions** in the sidebar. Use the tabs (All, Active, Paused, Cancelled, Inventory error) or search to find the contract. Click the contract to open its detail page.
Pause
On the contract detail page, click **Pause**. Confirm. The subscription moves to the Paused tab. Billing and delivery stop until you resume.
Resume
Open a paused contract and click **Resume**. Confirm. The subscription becomes active again and will bill on the next scheduled date.
Cancel
Open the contract and click **Cancel**. Confirm (and complete any required fields, e.g. reason). The subscription is cancelled and moves to the Cancelled tab. The customer will not be charged again.
Bulk actions
From the contract list you can select multiple contracts and choose Pause, Activate, or Cancel in bulk. Confirm the action when prompted.
