What is SubZwallet?
SubZwallet is a Shopify app for subscriptions, rewards, cashback, points, customer tiers, and automation (Flows). You manage plans and contracts, and optionally run milestone rewards, cashback, points, and upsell.
Where do I open the app?
From Shopify admin: **Apps** → **SubZwallet**. The first screen is Home. Use the sidebar for Manage Subscriptions, Subscription Plans, Analytics, Rewards, and more.
What are the plans?
Free (up to 25 subscriptions, then $0.10 each), Launch ($79/mo + 0.5%), Growth ($149/mo + 0.35%; adds Flows, cashback, points, tiers), Scale ($249/mo + 0.25%; adds priority support). All paid plans include 14-day free trial. Change plan from App Settings → Billing & Plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans (Launch, Growth, Scale) include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Try all features before being charged.
How do I create a subscription plan?
Go to **Subscription Plans** → **Create plan**. Set delivery and discount, add products, save. The plan appears at checkout. See How to create your first subscription.
How do I pause or cancel?
**Manage Subscriptions** → open the contract → **Pause** or **Cancel** and confirm. You can also bulk-select and Pause, Activate, or Cancel.
What is Dunning?
Retry process when a charge fails. You set retries, intervals, and final action (skip, pause, or cancel). Configure under App Settings → Dunning Settings.
Why don't I see Rewards / Cashback / Points / Tiers / Flows / Upsell?
Rewards available on Launch, Growth, Scale. Cashback, Points, Tiers, Flows, and Upsell available on Growth and Scale only. Upgrade from App Settings → Billing & Plan.
Where do I edit emails?
**Email Templates** in the sidebar. Click a template to enable/disable and edit subject and body. Use Branding for sender and colors.
What are Toast Notifications?
Storefront messages (e.g. after purchase). Under **Toast Notifications** turn presets on/off and create campaigns. Branding applies to all toasts.
How do I get support?
Scale customers get priority support. All users can use **Contact** or **Get in touch** on the SubZwallet website, or the email shown there.
